Diagnosis

Antennal scrobes join below frontal suture; midlobe of mesoscutum with posterior 1/3 with engraved reticulation; mesoscutum metallic dark purple; scutellum without lateral mesh-rows and with a weakly indicated median groove; propodeum with median part smooth and shiny, without distinct submedian grooves and median carina, these just indicated in posterior ½; forewing speculum completely open below, i.e. without setae towards base of wing and without setae below speculum; hind tibial spur long, LS/LT = 0.45.< /FONT >
